"We accept returns and exchanges on most unworn clothing items within 30 days of delivery. Please read the details below to understand how our refund process works. Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, and pet hair, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging attached. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment (or as store credit, if you choose) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non‑refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including any standard shipping fees you paid on that item. Return shipping costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for regular returns and exchanges. You may use any carrier you prefer, but we recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or a confirmed defect), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Non‑returnable items For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including worn items, undergarments, gift cards, and any item marked as “Final Sale.” Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or without original tags and packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
